1. Agreement

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in EUR. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to abuse rate limits or resell access.

4. AI-generated content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication. We grant you the right to use the content you produce on the platform.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Statutory EU consumer rights are unaffected.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where DBautopost is incorporated.
