• Account data: email, name, business profile.
• Connected social account tokens (encrypted at rest).
• Content you generate or schedule via the platform.
• Usage analytics for product improvement.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

We process data under contract performance, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent for marketing.

4. Data location

All data is stored in EU data centres. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (SCCs).

5. Your rights

6. Subprocessors

We use vetted EU-region subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. A current list is available on request.

7. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, except where law requires longer retention.
